What to bring?

  • Your Electronic Identity Card (eID) - Kids-ID (or national registry number if your child does not have a Kids-ID). If we can check your insurability on the basis of your eID / kids-IDall you have to pay is your personal share.
  • Your anamnesis and a list of the drugs you are now taking.
  • Attestations and insurance documents in case of an accident.
  • A mask is compulsory for everyone aged 12 and over.
  • Only electronic payment (no cash): For your safety and ours, since 22/11/2019, you can only pay electronically. The official rates will be applied.
    All our consultations are payable immediately. If this is not possible or if the guard doctor visits you at home, you will receive a payment invitation from us. Read the general terms and conditions applicable (in Dutch)

Patients registered in a community healthcare centre:

  • need to inform the doctor on call or the reception to which community health centre they belong.
  • then they pay only their personal share at the reception.
  • The rest of the fee is invoiced to their local healthcare centre.

What can you contact us for?

All medical problems that require urgent care during the weekend or on official bank holidays, for which you would normally contact your personal GP.

Why can't you come to us?

  • for medical questions that can wait until the next business day;
  • sport certificates;
  • renewal of prescriptions for routine medication;
  • extending a certificate for work incapacity;
  • renewal of prescriptions for physiotherapy or diet prescriptions;
  • there are no narcotics present
